Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Prize draw entry is strictly over 18’s.
- The promoter is SPAR Ireland, in partnership with Boyne Valley.
- SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
- The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of SPAR Ireland, Boyne Valley Group, and their immediate families, agents, suppliers, retailers and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
- No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
- Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person will not be accepted.
- To enter, participants must like the promotional post, follow @spar_ireland and @boynevalleyhoney, and tag a friend in the comments on the competition post on Instagram. Entries must meet the criteria outlined in the promotional post.
- The prize draw will begin on 1st June 2026 and will close on 30th June 2026. No exceptions. SPAR Ireland is responsible for fulfilment of the prize.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
- Prize offered is 1 x €500 One4All Voucher. Please note that we reserve the right to vary the prize in the event of circumstances beyond SPAR Ireland’s control.
- One winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted directly by SPAR Ireland via Instagram Direct Message following the closing date.
- In order to redeem your prize, SPAR Ireland may require your name, address and contact details. These details may be shared with a third-party supplier for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. Once the prize has been delivered, your details will be removed from all databases.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from valid entries.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram/Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to SPAR Ireland and not to Instagram/Meta.
- The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act and GDPR as applicable.

- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, misplaced or damaged entries, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access or for any other reason.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winner under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, the promoter and its affiliates, agents, officers and employees exclude liability (to the extent permitted by law) for damage of any nature suffered from (or in connection with) participating in the competition and/or prize.
- By entering the competition each entrant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except such liability as cannot be excluded by law).
- The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to amend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently withdraw this competition and these terms & conditions, for reasons outside of their control. An updated version of the terms & conditions will be published as soon as possible.
- The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
These terms & conditions are governed by Irish law.
