Prize draw Terms & Conditions

1. Prize draw entry is strictly over 18’s.
2. 2. The promoter is SPAR Ireland.
3. 3. SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
4. 4. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of SPAR Ireland, their immediate families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants and associates or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
5. 5. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
6. 6. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person or from the same IP address will not be accepted.
7. 7.  To enter simply post a screenshot of the European Cross Country championship in the comments below the prize draw post on the SPAR Ireland Facebook page. The photo should feature the SPAR logo as seen on TV / video-on-demand during the SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Lagoa on December 14^th 2025.
8. 8. The prize draw will begin on December 14^th 2025 and will close on December 14th 2025at 11.59pm. No Exceptions. SPAR Ireland is responsible for fulfilment of the prize.
9. 9. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferrable.
10. 10. Prize offered is 2 x €50 SPAR Shopping Vouchers. There will be 2 winners only.
11. 11. Two winners will be chosen at random and will be contacted directly by SPAR Ireland through Facebook by December 30^th.
12. 12. In order to redeem your prize, SPAR Ireland may need to ask for your name, address and contact details. Your details may be used by SPAR Ireland to send to a 3rd party supplier in order for them to contact you for the sole purpose of sending you your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases.
13. 13. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
14. 14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Meta. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
