Ultimate Exercise Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml protein milk
- 2 tbsp Greek style 0% yogurt
- 150g fresh blueberries
- 150g frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Method
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- In a blender, add the protein milk, Greek style yogurt, fresh blueberries, frozen berries, banana chunks, and a handful of spinach.
- If using, add the optional scoop of protein powder for added protein content.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more protein milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Once the smoothie is well blended and reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses.
This smoothie is a great post-exercise recovery drink due to its protein content and nutrient-rich ingredients.
