SPAR Ireland – 60^th Anniversary Colouring Competition

Prize draw Terms & Conditions

1. SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, excluding employees of SPAR Ireland, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition
4. Only one entry per person. There are three age categories; 4 – 6 years old, 7 – 9 years old, 10 – 12 years old.
5. To enter simply download and complete the colouring sheet available at spar.ie/spar-60th-colouring-competition/ and submit a photo of the entry to comps@spar.ie specifying age category entered.
6. Competition goes live on April 13^th 2023 and ends on May 5^th 2023 at 11.59pm. All entries must be submitted to comps@spar.ie
7. There will be 3 winners chosen.
8. Prize offered is: a childrens art set, to be chosen by SPAR Ireland.
9. There is 1 prize per winner.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
11. At the end of the competition, 3 winners will be chosen at random from the entries. The winners will be selected by May 31^st 2023
12. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. The winners contact details will used SPAR Ireland in order to send out your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
13. All information collected will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.spar.ie/privacy-statement/
14. The winner will be selected from the entries submitted via comps@spar.ie by the SPAR Marketing Team. The winner will be contacted via phone or email.
15. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from the entries.
16. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of these terms & conditions.
19. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, misplaced or damaged entries, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access or for any other reason.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winner under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to amend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently withdraw this competition and these terms & conditions, for reasons outside of their control. An updated version of the terms & conditions will be published as soon as possible.
22. The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Entry to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
24. These terms & conditions are governed by Irish law.
