150ml low fat milk (1.5{6a5c599efe36bcc9ecfe565cfa71e9a3237d33bdd64472f13a38c5f2bda2cf8e} fat)
10 blueberries (optional)
Put the wholewheat biscuits in a bowl and pour over the milk.
The milk can also be heated in the microwave or in a saucepan on the hob if you would prefer it warm. Scatter over the blueberries, if using to serve.
